Glitched items *claimed to be* removed

yeah yeah, as you know AS are not known to be thorough abt wat they do... watever.

anyway... hero lvl 181... that's... achilles 19, 11 more sp and 4 more lvls to go... after that i'll have absolutely nothing to add skill wise. since mw30 is impossible for me (definitely not with a vista lappy) and looking at how i train/hunt in TT i think those unwanted activation of blocking aint very... nice...

so many things to add into hs. just finished the soaring skills + dragon rider pre-quests, evan event quests (watever has been unveiled so far, TT quests (boy that took LONG), fixing loads of broken links/missing links along the way. finished adding in the etc items from the last patch, so now i'm left with the use items (tons of those untradable potions and the OMG dragon rider reward boxes that takes forever to finish), and the npcs. arghs. aran quests aint in yet and evan is coming in 5 days time!!!

so far... added in a list feature for eqs in my calculator, but have not scripted the boxes to show the stats accordingly yet. its another list of long, tedious work on this... esp the dps calculation part oh gosh. i've to take into account SE, FA for PS and SB, and most importantly i have to make the dam thing still be user friendly, something which i fear it is already not... looking at the huge table of numbers for all the swordsman/fighter/crusader/hero attacking skills listed from 0-10 combo orbs, and oh, there's two of those tables... with SE crits, and w/o. and i realised i've not put in the AVERAGE yet. and the table is already super long. i really need to find a way to present the data nicely. maybe i've got to rely alot on those vlookup tricks since i want to work with excel rather than say flash or using programming + a compiler. actually... c++ + compiler might be better to give the user friendly interface that i aim for... but i dont know c++... wil take me eons to learn it i think... and oh the rebalance patch... another headache... plus i want to put in mob data... even worst headache since now there are alot of mobs with missing stats/info on hs. gah... not sure if i'll actually do the mob info part... it takes alot of work to keep that up to date - adding stuff to hs is alot of work as it is... keeping the mob list will be like doubling the work ><

apart from all these itty bitty pixels i've been reading books too. finished 2 thus far and reading the 3rd... and been playing tap tap revenge on my itoy. very fun haha. hmm... maybe i shd go read my book now. very interesting... relating the 'magic' in harry potter to actual scientific developments.

as much as i cannot stand the hammer glitch and AS's indifference towards it... i admit that i'm enjoy writing the guides and doing the calculator a terrible lot. esp the calculator. so challenging and fun... i guess i'll cont doing those although right now all i log in maple for is to fish.

happily playing wonder king now. lvl 54 already... lalala! installed trickster RO already but not logged in yet... or even started the game yet... hope my char is still there or i'll cry. really. really dont wanna start from scratch again. okays, back to WK, hoping to hit 55 at least tonight. tata.

for now.... all maple activities shall be on hold. adding a few mobs a day into HS tho lol. gosh, i'll feel really bad to leave HS. there's really no one else helping with HS sea now... i think... either way i still be stuck with maple ><

wtf is with the gliches nexon/AS?

basically there's now a glitch that lets players hammer items and scroll them indefinitely... requires the use of acash of cos, but there are traders who can easily earn the cash and have no reservations on exploiting glitches. current threads in msea forums show SSes of pics taken in mts of wa 4X bwg... and other glitched eqs like beyond godly sparta, dragon sleeve etc... market prices of scrolls have also shot up like crazy cos of ppl wanting to exploit the glitch... seriously... wa 5X bwg or even higher? this is CRAZY i swear.

nexon has announced that the glitched items will be removed and players will be banned in GMS. nothing of that sort from AS thus far. seriously if the glitched items are not removed, i see no point in playing msea any further. those items are even more godly than wat you can get in private servers for gods sake! and you dont have to pay tons of rl $ to get godly chars in p.s. as i've spent tons to wash my hp to where it stands now (21k currently, w/o hb).

really wat's the point? i've know a player who used the glitch (directly or indirectly) to get wa22 bwgs and posted in the post ur damage thread... but how abt those wa 4x or higher gloves? this is RIDICULOUS. pretty soon you'll see ppl doing like 100k damage per dish with all those glitched items. and i'm not exaggerating... the no. of glitched items out in the market is unbelievable... as much effort as i've put into msea thru my training grounds guide, the hero's lounge... warrior calculator... HS, training my char, washing hp, buying monthly 2x cards and choinging 4 hours a day for 30, 60 days straight... even my you tube video... i fear that it if AS doesnt correct this glitch by removing the items/reverting all glitched items back to their ORIGINAL state, its time for me to leave the game. seriously wat's the point of playing on when legit players like myself have no point of getting anywhere close to those glitchers/hackers? the whole game will soon be dominated by glitchers/hackers only. really. no point.

i'm already thinking of going back to trickster online revolution. nah, i've made up my mind to re-dl it after my exams. been dreaming abt my 1441 pure MA dark dragon shooting out arrows all day. hope the accts arent deleted... :( i already made it to some 3 digit lvl... yeah lvling is much faster in TO but still... i got some pretty good items there, and some event items too! the problem with that game tho, is that the wiki isnt very updated, and their main site keeps crashing. but still, i think its way better than msea... no swearing and cursing, no KS-ing (game mechanics doesnt allow KS, unless its boss mobs), during the time when i played there were no major bugs unlike msea, they give out free cash points (the equivalent of acash, i forgot the name)... i really liked the game, quited cos i wanted to focus on msea but now msea is getting more and more screwed.

really.. this is the last straw...

its always during the exam period when i blog, update HS etc more often... cos i'm sick of study. nah, i barely even study... just dont have any mood to study anymore ever since i left sec sch.

went dragon rider pq last night, only 1 round. didnt take any SSes... died once cos of the damage reflect... no bs, no one keep track of time... i dont know wat's the time interval between reflects so i cant  keep track myself... was busy chasing the dragon ard and did notice the blue animation... dunnoe wat happened. just died. at least i only died once (and waste 1 buck...) the rest of the guys dunnoe died how many times... 1st damage reflect suddenly left 2 ppl out of 6 alive >< but they heck also lah, 3 of them lvl 200 already mah. can die all they want lol. used like 5 PEs (finally used some of my untradable PEs i got from dunnoe which quest!) during the last stage where there's the 20sec pot cool down time.... but got back 2 PEs from the warrior's box. zzzzzzz pots... oh wells. kinda expected though -.-''' almost died in the last stage cos i didnt put my PE on the shortcut keys. instead, i use mouse to click PE. cos i have 30k hp (got dk), i just use my honsters as per normal (but manual pot! kept pet) whenever my hp is low (basically like less than 15k hp and pot CD already i just use honster), than when i'm running low on mp i eat PE to recover both - i try to wait till hp quite low also to make full use of the 20sec CD time. BUT... cos i use mouse click de... (tired also lah, and had a terrible stomach ache since yest afternoon, much better today) near the end of the boss battle i clicked wrongly... went to eat the mana elixir which was right beside the PE pot... -.-''' hp left like 3-4k... i hurry up chao to <<< side to avoid the attacks... than i saw the animation of the rock attack going to the entire area where i'm nearby (while walk to <<< side to escape)... i was like shyt! gonna tomb and lose 10%! (i only br 1 charm in, and super waste, my previous charm JUST EXPIRE!) luckily for me i left 571 hp after the rock hit... phew! so close to dying ><

hmm, for the part of the quest after whacking the dragon rider, its really not hard at all using the flying skill. considering how i absolutely suck at jump quest, timing/coordination... i clear it within 2mins, with a min to spare.

here's part of my forum post on that section:

oh for the flying section after the rider boss, its actually quite easy... if u get stunned and stuck at one spot, off ur flying skill to fall down, than start flying again. the harder parts at the spikes in the middle, you have to watch the timing else u will get stuck there forever since the spikes appear faster than u can get unstunned (off flying skill, i was stuck there for like... 30sec or smthing?). then the last two falling icicles also appear quite fast - dont attempt to cross to near the top. will get stuck forever once u hit by the rock (kena stucked here too) i managed to clear with 1min left even tho... u know my hand eye coordination for jump quests sux to the core.

yeah. i was stuck there for like 30 secs... thinking if i shd just close maple so that the rest of the peeps can finish the pq... than i was like... trying to open my inv to keep my pet so that it wont auto eat pizzas... soaring skill needs mp, run out of mp and the skill will auto off. didnt think of right clicking until some pt member tell me to off the skill >< *some idiot i am, i know*

anyway thks to those guys for taking me on the run :D cant rem all their igns and i dont want to post any igns here anyway... :P

next time go DR pq is to try to get the monster card more than anything else lol. and of cos, i dont wanna die cos of reflect anymore T.T

okays, since i dropped by, i might as well make a post.

3 more papers down, 3 more to go. since this site is supposed to be abt gaming... i shant bore u with details of my last horrible, horrible paper.

apparently i burned my VGA card again... quotation from acer was way too steep, my dad sent the lappy for repair at some shop in sim lim... everything is working fine now, but becos windows recommended me to restore the system to an earlier save point in a failed attempt to repair the comp... TONS of my maple SSes were wiped out T.T

TONS... like 2-3k of them... alot of those were quest information, pqs information, lvl up SSes, my flairgrave making... my SM reaching 120... all gone T.T

esp the pqs... i took a ton of SSes... my policy is to take pictures 1st, then sort them out later when i have the time... and i have not sort out any in a long time so... haiz. its like i'm not even very sure of the extend of SSes i lost. T.T

have not looked through at the SSes i have left, but i really hope the subway pq information is still there - all my chars save for the storage guys have over leveled for the pq already... and gotta bring my aran1 or nw to the ghost ship pq again since those SSes are definitely gone.

hmm... dont think i mentioned it here... but finally all my arans have reached lvl 50 and collected their lirin's ring! gd gd... evan's out next... hmm... wonder what extra's will be coming out with evans.

so for my maple CNY resolutions i made long ago:
NW to 3rd job - exceeded
hero to 16X - exceeded
SM to 120 - reached
obtain 3 lirin's ring - completed

got a paper tmr morning... but blah, i just feel like typing out smthing more today.

plenty of HS updates to do after my exams are over. have not completed adding in stuff for v0.92 yet.

and yes, the hero's lounge is now a MH lounge, and flame has made a mini guide which i've put up on the 2nd page. shall think of how to make the guide better and more imptly, not a repeat of the many guides out there/the MH wiki. pointless to have a copy and paste of other websites isnt it? waste of space really.

hmm... in game wise... well i got my 3 rings... nothing much other than that. hardly training/playing cos of exams, save for the daily 2 hours of fishing. yup, started fishing now so that at least my exp will move even if i dont train. these days seeing my exp increase by 1% during training is like a real big achievement... an hour at eruwaters gets me slightly more than 1%... and that's with spirit pendant. blah, i dont keep track much of my exp % growth over time... no point, it'll over make u feel depressed and not want to train. anyway i estimate i get an average of 1.5% per day of fishing, so that's ard 60days per lvl... i'd really have to put in a lot more time training is i want to reach my goal of hitting 200 before i graduate... solo training is so slow... T.T so close yet so far. last 20 levels but when will i ever get there? right now my goal is just to catch up with my guildie + fellow lounger who has stopped training... 6 more lvls to go. also going for max achilles too, lvl 16 now, 14 more sp and 5 more lvls to go... after which my level up SPs wont be used at all... the very same guildie kindly spared me his extra achilles 30, which i passed in the 1st try (sadly for him, he was trying to clear stock)... and that marks the very last skill book i'm going to scroll... possibly in my entire hero career. (oh dam, i lost the SS of me passing achilles 30!) the only books i have yet to scroll are mw30 - which is SOOOO hard to get and very far beyond my reach, monster magnet - well who the heck adds this skill???? and blocking - i dont really like blocking since i'm a 'rusher'... my rush is at max distance and i use it extensively in training/hunting, esp bump rushes. blocking will cause bump rush to fail like 15% of the time (at max lvl, but if i save my points for mw30, i will only be able to get blocking 27, leaving mw at 29, rush at 28)... not something that i look forward to... can also cause deaths in scar runs... so yeah, most likely no blocking for me though that might change if i go bossing often later on.

thinking of getting a macbook, dual boot with WINDOWS XP and attempt to go for HT runs on windows xp. VISTA SUXS TO THE CORE. with maple at least. cant even go zak properly and have to change graphics quality from 2nd lowest to lowest etc at every part of the run. heard ppl say in forums that they've gone zak, ht on macbook + xp with no problems... so that might be an option for me, but we'll see. there's always the problem of having to commit to the same time slot every week... finding a batch shdnt be that much of a problem... as long as they are looking for attackers... wat's not to like abt a 18X hero with 21k BASE HP? (provided the macbook + xp system works out fine, anyone that keeps on dc-ing is not welcomed)

next up i'm gonna continue making and scrolling my reverse + flair. 1.5k sliver coins and 93 POTs collected. gonna hold on scrolling my current flair till i make a backup sword. the problem is that i have to buy another carabella - which is SUPER hard to find these days. gonna make a reverse shoe with spd and jump crystals too. current training spd/jump at skeles is 135% spd and 115% jump, short of 5spd and 8jump to max. gonna try making and scrolling my own top + bot too... with jump/spd crystals depending on how much stats i'm short of the max movement. hmm... all these are not gonna come cheap... top + bot scrolls arent cheap PLUS they are 30% scrolls... and how many reverse swords have i boomed already? might have to start trading to earn the funds... haiz.

okays. a couple of days ago my lappy died. sent it for repair yest... god knows how long they are gonna take (and how much its gonna cost, warranty ended le)

i really hope there's no need to reformat, cos i didnt backup my data recently, so all my assignments, lecture notes, quiz excel cheat sheet that i made, maple SSes, warrior's calculator, aran quest info for HS etc will be gone if the lappy has to be reformated... lect notes i can re-dl again.... but everything else.... and gosh it took me so long to get the calculator where it was... i had ALL the damage range (max and min, swing and stab) for ALL crusader and hero skills calculated out, for every lvl of combo and AC, and for EVERY no. of orb... gosh that took me SOOOO long to do... esp the part where i had to correlate combo/ac lvl with the no. of orbs. i.e. if u ac lvl was 1, orbs 7 to 10 will show an error msg instead of some numbers. and gosh, all that copying of damage multipliers of every lvl or every skill too me very long too... T.T gosh why did my lappy had to have an error just 1 week before my exams... why why why???????????????????????????????????

Flairgrave completed!

Yes! Finished collecting my 4.5k coins and made my flairgrave last night. Wa105, 2 str. Slightly abv average and give me a higher range than my rk. No pics since I'm on my phone once again. Unfortunately my noob att means it's not possible for me to 100% 2hko skele with def up. W/o def up probably still can make it, havengo try yet, only whacked a few eruwaters yest. Quite nice to see them missing on me haha.... Went for flair in the end rather than the blue spear tho I love blue more and it's 500coins cheaper cos blind is more useful compare to slow.
Don't dare to scroll it tho... Too precious... Wait till I make another one 1st haha. Just that the coin collecting will take quite a while and buying a cheap dragon carabella is a huge headache.
